Many parts.
One living system.

Depth-oriented, relational therapy for people who want to understand themselves more fully—not just manage symptoms, but change their relationship with what's happening inside them.

How we work

You don't have to fight yourself to change.

Most people arrive already at war with themselves—one part pushing forward, another pulling back, a third standing guard. Insight helps. But change happens when it becomes something you feel, not just something you know.

01 · NOTICE

See the pattern

We slow things down enough to recognize what keeps repeating—and the conditions that make those patterns make sense.

02 · RELATE

Meet the parts

Instead of fighting what shows up, we become curious about the protective, vulnerable, conflicted, and resourceful parts within you.

03 · INTEGRATE

Find more room to choose

As old conflicts loosen their grip, there's more space to respond differently—in the moment, not just afterward.

Parts · relationship · integration

More than one thing can be true at once.

You can be confident and afraid, longing for closeness and protecting yourself from it, capable and overwhelmed—all at once. Therapy can become a place where these seemingly contradictory experiences are understood in relationship to each other, rather than forced into a single story.

The ecosystem

The ecosystem

A forest is not healthy because every element is the same. Roots, fungi, fallen wood, new growth, light, and decay all participate in the life of the whole. People make sense in context, too—in bodies, relationships, families, histories, and the places they come from.

About Andrew

Therapy should feel human.

I'm Andrew Demirdjian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My style is warm, engaged, curious, and direct. I don't see therapy as a place where I sit back and analyze you from a distance. I see it as a relationship in which we pay close attention together—to what you say, what you feel, what your body communicates, and what happens between us in the room.

My work is depth-oriented, relational, and IFS-informed, drawing from somatic and attachment-based approaches, ACT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. The model matters less to me than whether it helps us understand your experience and opens something genuinely new.
